I have just completed a 7 day fast. Only water, tea, and coffee were allowed. it was definitely easier than I thought it would be. I am discovering how my body is working and learning what true hunger is, and realizing what is habit. It is crazy to see how much we eat because we think we need to. I lost 11.2lbs during the week. Feeling AWSOME right now. Total weight loss to date 64.5lbs
